This card came from Charmion - her techniques were Ethnic Element; Gathered Fabric; Heavy thread; Button; Attachment.
The paper 'attachment is a Noshi - something I have seen but never knew the name of.... she kindly included some eyelash yarn an ATC and a piece of hand dyed fabric.... nice....
